Zaila B., MOT, OTR/L

Meet Ms. Zaila: the adventurous Occupational Therapist who joined the team in 2023! Ms. Zaila earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Azusa Pacific University and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University. 

Ms. Zaila is certified in the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding protocol. She enjoys being part of the Carrico team because she has the privilege to work with amazing kiddos and their families while being supported by an incredible therapy team. 

When she is not in the clinic, this Up fan loves to channel her adventurous side. From snowboarding, hiking, and camping, to traveling to Thailand, Amsterdam, and Peru, she is always ready for a new experience. She also loves getting outside of her comfort zone and has gone skydiving and bungee jumping!
