She is currently completing her Advanced Practice in Swallowing Mentorship with the Owner/Director and is interested in working with babies and children with swallowing difficulties. Melanie is now the Clinical Director and oversees clinical procedures at all of Carrico’s locations.

During her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and traveling.
