Meet Ms. Karen: our Toy Story-loving Human Resources Manager who joined the team in 2018! The wonderful Ms. Karen, who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of La Verne, is responsible for running the daily functions of the H.R. department, including interviewing and onboarding new hires. For Ms. Karen, the most rewarding part about working at Carrico Pediatric Therapy Inc. is getting to see all the kiddos grow up.

Outside of work, you can catch Ms. Karen enjoying cheeseburgers with raw onions, drinking vanilla lattes, practicing her Muay Thai moves, or exploring Yosemite!
